Saturday morning saw 20 children join us in the sunshine at Kinloss Garth Playing Fields.
The sessions started with coach Harry playing evasion games looking at movement and team work both with and without a ball. They then looked at some technical skills and how to control the ball with different body parts and progressed into some passing and movement games with challenges set for both individuals and groups!! It's great to see the improvement in their game understanding what "picture sharing" is and how it helps with their teams communication skills.
Finally as always we finished with our matches, where the children once again put all their learning into the game. It was fantastic to see them use last week's learning, regarding finding space and looking at the right moments to share the ball !! Both Harry and myself where mightly impressed with the way all teams supported each other on and off the ball..
This weeks award winners were Max, Vincent, Ted and Cody, rewarding their determination, energy and communication skills🏆👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
